Question 1: How to know your price?
Answer: Please send us an inquiry for the jewelry price with your email address or other contact information, like whatsapp or wechat. One of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible. And some of our items we have show our price in product’s detail page.
Question 2: How to pay for my order?
Answer: We accept western union, money gram, wise (By swift) and bank transfer. 50% deposit and 50% before shipping – we will make video and photos of the the products to confirm with you before shipping. For small orders, you will need to pay in advance. For larger orders, the payment terms is negotiable. (We don’t accept paypal, as it is not friendly)
Question 3: Do you make jewelry for personal buyer or only for wholesaler?
Answer: Actually many of our customers are personal buyers. You can order fine quality brand jewelry for your family, friends and yourself at factory prices. Even it will be great if you are a jewelry re-seller. Surely the price we make quote are all wholesale price.
Question 4: Does it come with original brand box?
Answer: Yes, we offer free original packaging and certificate, but need US$100 for shipping cost.
Question 5: How are the products delivered & how long will they take?
Answer: We offer free worldwide tracked shipping on all our jewelry and watches and our courier of choice is FedEx. So you can get your gorgeous jewelry about 3 – 5 days after sent.
Question 6: If I have a problem with the size of a bracelet or ring, will you adjust its size?
Answer: Yes, we will resize a ring up to two sizes up or down within 30 days of purchase at no charge.If you would like to know your size and you are in China, please contact us to make an appointment so we can check it accurately. If you are out of town, we recommend visiting a local jeweler to check your correct size before purchasing.
Question 7: Can I return the product?
Answer: We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, and we therefore accept return or exchange on all AlaiaLuxury stock jewellery. You will have 30-days from the date you received your product in which to make a return or exchange. The item must be returned to us in the same condition as when purchased (on which we have full discretion), and therefore must be unworn & include original packaging and any relevant paperwork, and you have to pay for the shipping cost for the return or exchange.
NOTE: If your product was custom made, then if the goods not have any problems, we don’t offer return or exchange. As it is custom made, so we can not accept return or exchange for size problem (We will do the sizes as your required) or just as you don’t like the style! Thanks for your understand.
